La Heredia Square

Every village should have its own square which acts as a gathering point for residents.

The entrance in La Heredia is also our square and is a hub for our commercial offices, baker, butcher, grocer, cafes, bars and restaurants. The hum of activity is cushioned by the lush lawn and intensive cooling gardens.

The service areas for municipal cleaning vehicles and delivery trucks to commercial premises have been built close to the entrance for ease of access and these areas are not intrusive as they are heavily screened by evergreen shrubs and trees.

The security office receives and assists visitors.

The whole area is delightful and is the culmination of 5 years work.

The bars and restaurants are sheltered by tall trees. Mature Magnolias are a feature in some of the flower beds.
